उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानम् means that one should raise his self (Atman) with the help of mind, which is unattached to sense-objects.
This is a famous verse is mentioned in the sixth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita.

उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।
आत्मैव ह्यात्मनो बन्धुरात्मैव रिपुरात्मनः।।6.5।।
Hindi Meaning
मन की शक्ति द्वारा आत्म उत्थान करो और स्वयं का पतन न होने दो। मन ही जीवात्मा का मित्र और शत्रु दोनों हो सकता है।
English Meaning
One should raise the self by his own mind and not allow the self to sink; for the mind alone is the friend of the self, and the mind alone is the enemy of the Self.
