Tat Tvam Asi (तत्त्वमसि)
“Tat Tvam Asi” is a Sanskrit phrase meaning “You are That,” and it is main concept in Vedanta philosophy, mentioned in the Chandogya Upanishad.
It highlights that the individual (Jivatma) is the supreme reality (Brahman), that Brahman under the influence of Maya considering himself as a individual body.
This statement is mentioned in Chandogya Upanishad chapter 6 section 8 verse 7, it is dialogue between Guru Aruni (आरुणि) explaining to Shvetaketu (श्वेतकेतु)

स य एषोऽणिमैतदात्म्यमिद सर्वं तत्सत्य स आत्मा तत्त्वमसि श्वेतकेतो इति भूय एव मा भगवान्विज्ञापयत्विति तथा सोम्येति होवाच॥
Hindi Meaning
जो सबसे सूक्ष्म (अणिमा) है, वही इस सर्वं (सारे जगत की) आत्मा है। वह सत्य है और वही आत्मा तू है (तत्त्वमसि)।
श्वेतकेतु ने कहा, ‘भगवन्, कृपया आप मुझे फिर से समझाएँ , तब गुरु ने ‘सोम्य’ कहकर उत्तर दिया।
English Meaning
That subtle substance which is the soul for this world. That is the True and You are that Soul.
