Purusha Suktam – धा॒ता पु॒रस्ता॒त् यम् उदाज॒हार॑ । श॒क्रः प्रवि॒द्वान् प्रदिश॒: चत॑स्रः । तम् एवं वि॒द्वान्॒ अमृत॑ इ॒ह भ॑वति । नान्यः पन्था॒ अय॑नाय विद्यते !
In the beginning Bhrama narrates whose Praise, Indra came to know him dwelling in all four directions, and the one who knows him he attains the highest nectar. There is no other ways to expect him to reach the highest.
Shivpuran – इत्युक्तमाकलय्याम्बा स्मयित्वा परमेश्वरी ।
उदाजहार सा देवी सूनृतं रसवद्वचः ॥ ५८ ॥
Thus listening to their words, Parmeshwari, the mother of universe smilingly told the smile, true and sweet words.
किरातार्जुनीयम् – प्रथमः सर्गः – भारविः
निशम्य सिद्धिं द्विषतामपाकृतीस्ततस्ततस्त्या विनियन्तुमक्षमा ।
नृपस्य मन्युव्यवसायदीपिनीरुदाजहार द्रुपदात्मजा गिरः ।। १.२७ ।।
अर्थ: द्रुपदसुता शत्रुओं की सफलता सुनकर, उनके द्वारा होने वाले अपकारों को दूर करने में अपने को असमर्थ समझ कर राजा युधिष्ठिर के क्रोध को प्रज्ज्वलित करने वाली वाणी में बोली ।
