Annucya (अननूच्य)

अनूच्य  ( अनु + वच + ल्यप् ) – Learned

In case of वच dhatu , “व” has to be converted as “उ”

अननूच्य – the one who doesn’t learned ( नञ् समास​ )

Anunchanmani (अनूचानमानी)

Anunchanmani (अनूचानमानी) – means one who considered himself as a great learner

Adi Shankara explained this in his commentary of Chandogya Upanishad 6.1.2

“अनूचानमात्मानं मन्यत इति एवंशीलो यः सोऽनूचानमानी” – The one who consider himself as great learner, and with this nature he is called as Anunchanmani

Chandogya Upanishad 6.1.1

श्वेतकेतुर्हारुणेय आस तꣳ ह पितोवाच श्वेतकेतो वस ब्रह्मचर्यं न वैसोम्यास्मत्कुलीनोऽननूच्य ब्रह्मबन्धुरिव भवतीति

Meaning

There once lived Svetaketu the grandson of Aruna. To him his father said: “Svetaketu, please follow brahmacharya because there is one in our family who has not studied, and can be called as friend of brahmin”

Taittiriya Upanishad, Shikshavalli 11.1

वेदमनूच्याचार्योऽन्तेवासिनमनुशास्ति। सत्यं वद। धर्मं चर। स्वाध्यायान्मा प्रमदः –

Meaning

वेद के शिक्षण के पश्चात् आचार्य आश्रमस्थ शिष्यों को अनुशासन सिखाता है । सत्य बोलो । धर्मसम्मत कर्म करो । स्वाध्याय के प्रति प्रमाद मत करो

Chandogya Upanishad 6.1.2

स ह द्वादशवर्ष उपेत्य चतुर्विꣳशतिवर्षः सर्वान्वेदानधीत्य महामना अनूचानमानी स्तब्ध एयाय तꣳह पितोवाच ॥

Meaning

Svetaketu after doing the upanayana sanskara at the age of 12 years, went to study Vedas and came back to his father house at the age of twenty four after becoming a great learned man.
