Bhuta
भूत – भाव्यते स्मेति , living being or elements
भूतभृत् – भूतानि बिभर्ति इति , the one who protects or nourish the living beings
भूतस्थ: – भूतेषु तिष्ठति इति, one who stay in the five elements
भूतभावन: – भूतानि भावयति जनयति इति , creating or doing welfare of living beings
भूतग्रामम् – भूतानां ग्रामम् भूतग्राम:, (षष्ठी तत्पुरुष समास) – group of living beings
भूतकृत् – भूतानि करोति इति , one who creates this living beings
भूतात्मा – भूतानां आत्मा भूतात्मा: (षष्ठी तत्पुरुष समास) – Soul of all living beings
भूतावासः – भूतानां आवासः भूतावासः (षष्ठी तत्पुरुष समास) , abode of living beings
महाभूत: – महत् भूतम् , greatest among the living being
Use of Bhuta (भूत) in Bhagavata Gita and Vishnu Sahasranama
न च मत्स्थानि भूतानि पश्य मे योगमैश्वरम् |
भूतभृन्न च भूतस्थो ममात्मा भूतभावन: – Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 5
The living beings do not abide in me. see my glory that though I am the Creator and Sustainer of all living beings, I am not influenced by them.
विश्वं विष्णुर्वषट्कारो भूतभव्यभवत्प्रभुः ।
भूतकृद्भूतभृद्भावो भूतात्मा भूतभावनः ॥ 1 ॥ – Vishnu Sahasranama verse 1
